TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares



The Company received notice on 7 September 2007 from ReachCapital Management,
LLC, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services
Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, acquired
943,409 shares on 6 September 2007. This latest acquisition gave a total
interest of 3,976,304 ordinary shares representing 3.02% of the issued share
capital of the Company. All of these shares are held directly.
