ANNNOUNCEMENT OF BOARD CHANGE
Following the recent announcement that Jeremy Helsby will succeed
Justin Roberts as Chairman of Savills plc's Commercial
subsidiary, FPDSavills Commercial Limited, it has been agreed
that Justin will stand down as an Executive Director of Savills
plc on 31 December 2000. He will continue in his executive
position within the group as a director of FPDSavills Commercial
Limited where he will focus on the investment business and also
take special responsibility for developing property management
services.
Richard Jewson, Chairman of Savills commented:
'We are most grateful to Justin for the significant contribution
he has made to the development of the Group during his seven
years as an Executive Director. During his three years as
Chairman of FPDSavills Commercial the profits of that business
have grown from £2.9 million to £9.4 million and we look forward
to continuing to work with Justin in the future.'
