As required by Prospectus Rule 5.2, Schroder Asiapacific Fund plc (the 'Company
') notifies all information which has been made available to the public by the
Company in the United Kingdom (being the Company's Home State) in the 12 months
preceding publication of the Company's 2006 Annual Report in December 2006, that
is required to be disclosed pursuant to this Rule.
