Cancellation of subscription shares

Further to the announcement on 9 January 2013 regarding the final exercise of subscription shares the Board of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc announces that, in accordance with their terms, all subscription shares have now been redeemed and cancelled.

Application has therefore been made to the UKLA and the LSE for the subscription shares to be cancelled from the Official List and trading on the LSE with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2013.
