Directorate Changes

Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc (the "Company") announces that as part of the refreshment of the Board, Mrs Rosemary Morgan retired at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today and did not seek re-election as a Director of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Morgan for her invaluable contribution to the deliberations of the Directors during her tenure in office, as chair of the audit and risk committee and Senior Independent Director.

As previously announced, Ms Julia Goh, who joined the Board on 25 October 2021, will now chair the audit and risk committee.

Mr Martin Porter has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
