Final Dividend

For The Year EndED 30 September 2013

The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 3.35p per share for the year ended 30 September 2013.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 January 2014, the dividend will be paid on 4 February 2014.
