Final Dividend

For The Year EndED 30 September 2022

The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 12.00 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2022, representing an increase of 23.7% over the 9.70 pence per share paid in respect of the previous financial year. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 1 February 2023, the dividend will be paid on 10 February 2023.
