The Board of Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc (the 'Company') is undertaking a review of its investment management arrangements and has instructed its advisers Winterflood Investment Trusts and Mercer accordingly. The Board intends to consult with the Company's major shareholders if significant changes are proposed as a result.  A further announcement will be made in due course.
