Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012

Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc has declared an interim dividend, in lieu of a final dividend, of 3.25p per ordinary share net (2012: 3.25p) in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012 payable on 22 March 2013 to shareholders registered on 8 March 2013.  The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 6 March 2013.
