As at 30 June 2012, Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc's capital consists of 156,012,512 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc is 156,012,512.

The above figure (156,012,512) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
