Portfolio update
The Board of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), which provides a unique investment opportunity to address UK social challenges, is pleased to announce that it is in the process of completing a co-investment secured loan, which on signing means the net proceeds of the Company's initial public offering ("IPO") will be fully committed. In light of this, and with a strong pipeline of investment opportunities, the Company intends to consult with investors regarding the potential for an equity issue under the Company's placing programme. The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
