Director Shareholding

The Board of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces a change in the number of shares previously announced as being held by Mr Keith Niven, a Director of the Company.

Following a transfer of service provider in relation to the ISA scheme through which Mr Niven holds his shares (which is a trading plan as defined by the Model Code set out in Chapter 9 of the FCA's Listing Rules), a reconciliation of holdings undertaken by the new service provider has indicated that the number of shares in the Company held by Mr Niven as previously notified to the Company and subsequently announced, being 86,558 Ordinary shares as at 3 August 2013, is incorrect. The correct number of shares held by Mr Niven as at 12 November 2013 is as follows:

89,499 Ordinary shares in the Company, registered in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited, being the beneficial interest of Mr Niven and his spouse, Mrs L A Niven. This represents 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
