FoUrth Interim Dividend

For The Year EndED 31 August 2014

The Directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc have declared the payment of a fourth interim dividend of 4.10p net per share for the year ended 31 August 2014. This brings total dividends for the year to 10.10p per share, representing an increase of 3.1% over the 9.80p per share paid in respect of the previous financial year.
