The directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 2.50 pence (net) per share for the year ending 31 August 2021 payable on 29 January 2021 to shareholders on the register on 29 December 2020.

Payment date:                                           29 January 2021

Dividend per share:  2.50 pence (net)
