THIRD Interim Dividend

For The Year EndED 31 August 2013

Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the Directors of the Company have declared the payment of a third interim dividend of 3.0p pence per share for the year ended 31 August 2013 on the Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The total dividends for the year will be 7.45p per share, representing an increase of 9.6% on the total dividends of 6.80p per share paid last year.
