Fourth Interim Dividend

For The Year EndED 31 August 2016

Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the Directors of the Company have declared the payment of a fourth interim dividend of 3.80 pence per share for the year ended 31 August 2016 on the ordinary shares of the Company.

The total dividends for the year will be 8.50 pence per share, representing an increase of 6.3% on the total dividends of 8.00 pence per share paid last year.
