C Share conversion timetable

The Board of Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited has announced on 4 August
2005 the Company's acquisition of an interest in Mid City Place, High Holborn,
London WC1.

Following the completion of the acquisition of Minerva House on 15 July 2005 and
the completion of the acquisition detailed above, the conversion of the C Shares
into ordinary shares is triggered. It is expected that this conversion will
occur on the basis of the following timetable.

Expected timetable for C Share conversion

Announcement of conversion ratio                                 11 August 2005
Dealings in new ordinary shares commence                         15 August 2005
Crediting of CREST accounts with new ordinary shares             15 August 2005
Share certificates in respect of new ordinary shares             week commencing
