Notice of AGM

The Directors of Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited wish to announce that
the Company has posted notice of its Annual General Meeting and proxy forms to
Shareholders on 13 July 2007.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Northern Trust, Trafalgar Court, Les
Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 7 August 2007 at 10.15am.
