The Board of Invista Foundation Property Trust (IFPT) notes today's announcement from Invista Real Estate Investment Management (IREIM) concerning the future of IREIM.  IFPT is in contact with the management of IREIM to discuss options for the future of the relationship between IFPT and IREIM, in order to ensure that IFPT's property portfolio continues to be managed actively and professionally and to support the continuity and stability of the current team. A further announcement will be made in due course when these discussions have been concluded.
