                  TOUR OF INSIGHT FOUNDATION PROPERTY TRUST'S
                       RECENT CENTRAL LONDON ACQUISITIONS





Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited ('Invista'), Investment
Manager to the Company, is today hosting a site visit for investors and analysts
to a number of the Company's recent Central London acquisitions.



The equity raised by the Company last year has now been fully invested in the
London office markets ahead of plan, with strong performance at both Net Asset
Value and underlying asset level.



The tour will include the following recent acquisitions:



•         Plantation Place, Fenchurch Street EC3
•         Tokenhouse Yard EC2
•         Minerva House, Montague Place SE1
•         MidCity Place, High Holborn WC2
•         National Magazine House, Carnaby Street W1
•         Portman Square House, Portman Square W1.



No material new information will be disclosed during the tour.
