The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 6.82p per share for the year ended 30 September 2012. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 29 January 2013, the dividend will be paid on 30 January 2013.
