Final Dividend

For the Year Ended 30 September 2014

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 6.00 pence net per share for the year ended 30 September 2014. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 January 2015, the dividend will be paid on 4 February 2015.

This final dividend brings total dividends for the year to 8.50p per share, representing an increase of 10.4% over the 7.70p per share paid in respect of the previous financial year.
