Final Dividend

For the Year Ended 30 September 2015

As announced as part of the Annual Report and Accounts on 22 December 2015, the Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 6.70 pence net per share for the year ended 30 September 2015. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 10 February 2016, the dividend will be paid on 12 February 2016.

This final dividend brings total dividends for the year to 9.20 pence per share, representing an increase of 8.2% over the 8.50 pence per share paid in respect of the previous financial year.

Payment date:	12 February 2016
Dividend per share:	6.70 pence net
