The Company has resolved to allot 628,488 non-voting ordinary shares of £1 each
(as of 3 December 2004) as the final part of the deferred consideration payable
in respect of the acquisition of Beaumont Capital Management Limited in 2001.



Accordingly, application has today been made to The UK Listing Authority for
these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.  The Shares rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing issued non-voting ordinary shares of the
Company.  Dealings are expected to commence on 6 December 2004.
