In compliance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and UKLA Listing Rule,
9.2.8 (1) Schroders plc was notified on 3 May 2006 that the following Directors
and PDMRs of Schroders plc acquired ordinary shares of £1 each in Schroders plc
as a result of a dividend re-investment purchase in respect of the Company's
