(the "Company")

The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the transfers of 4,756,775 ordinary shares in the Company by (i) Veritas Limited, a member of the Company's principal shareholder group (the "PSG"), in its capacity as  trustee of a trust in which Claire Fitzalan Howard (another member of the PSG) had a life interest, to Claire Fitzalan Howard, and (ii) by Claire Fitzalan Howard to other members of the PSG (not including Veritas Limited). Accordingly, following the transfers, each of Veritas Limited's and Claire Fitzalan Howard's interest in the shares of the Company has reduced by 4,756,775 shares but the overall shareholding of the PSG in the Company remains unchanged. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.
