Paragraph 13 of the Listing Rules, we hereby inform you that the company has
today been notified by Legal & General Investment Management Limited that
following recent sales of ordinary shares of Schroders plc, the interest of
Legal & General Investment Management Limited is now 6,755,890 ordinary
shares, representing 2.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of Schroders
plc, and has thus ceased to represent a notifiable interest.
