Asset Sale Completion

The Company (LSE: SUPP) is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its holding in Seedrs Limited ("Seedrs") to a global institutional investment management firm receiving cash proceeds of £12 million .

For further information on the transaction, investors can refer to the announcement made by the Company on 1^st December 2021.

The valuation impact of the transaction has already been very largely reflected in the Company's net asset value with the AIFM increasing the valuation of the holding by 29.7% from £9.1 million as at 30 June 2021 to £11.8 million as at 30 September 2021.
