Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company hereby announces that it was notified that, on 21 April 2015, the directors of the Company acquired ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the placing and offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares.

DTR 3.1.2 R requires that the directors of the Company, in their capacity as persons discharging managerial responsibilities, disclose any transaction conducted on their own account in the shares of the Company.
