NeoGenomics completes Inivata acquisition

The Company (LSE: SUPP) is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its shares in Inivata Limited ("Inivata") to NeoGenomics Inc. The Company will receive initial proceeds of approximately US$38.6 million .

For further information on the completed transaction, investors can refer to the announcement made by the Company on 5th May 2021.

The valuation impact of the transaction was reflected in the NAV of the Company as at 31 March 2021, which was announced on 27th May 2021.

The Company intends to use the additional liquidity to support some of its portfolio companies with follow-on capital and will make new investments into both public and private companies.
