Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 12 June 2018, all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM were duly passed on a show of hands.

The total number of proxy votes received in respect of each such resolution prior to the meeting is set out below.
