Transaction in own shares

Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday 27 October 2023 it purchased 529,733 of its ordinary shares at a price of 15.1 pence per share, to be cancelled.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 877,610,026 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 877,610,026.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
