Change of name and website

The Company announces that, further to shareholder approval given at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2015, the Company's name has changed to Science Group plc.  Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the name of Science Group plc will take effect today, 1 July 2015.

The website address at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available has changed to www.sciencegroup.com.  The Company's ticker will remain as SAG.
