Sagentia Group plc (AIM: SAG, the "Company") was informed yesterday that on 16 November 2010, Mr Neil Elton, Finance Director, acquired 33,994 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 58.5 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Neil Elton is interested in 101,914 ordinary shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  As previously announced, Neil Elton is also interested in 500,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company.
