Sagentia (AIM:SAG.L) announces that it has received communication from Catella (Switzerland) AG that it has transferred its entire holding of 10,512,080 ordinary shares in Sagentia (the 'Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 48.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital to Catella Holding AB for a consideration of 20 pence per Ordinary Share. Catella (Switzerland) AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Catella Holding AB.
