Transaction in own shares

 

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 16 December 2024, it purchased 15,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 462.5 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 462.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 462.5 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Liberum Limited.

 

The number of shares purchased represented 0.03% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 44,746,865.  Science Group holds 1,439,009 shares in treasury.

 

The figure of 44,746,865 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
