Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 28 September 2016 the Company issued 33,333 treasury shares at a price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options to Daniel Edwards, PDMR.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,033,794.  The Company holds 2,028,241 shares in treasury.
