Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 23 August 2013, the Company issued 25,000 treasury shares in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 37,825,730.  Sagentia holds 4,216,305 in treasury.
