Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 4 April 2016 the Company issued 22,500 treasury shares at an average price of 66.56 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,177,006.  The Company holds 885,029 shares in treasury.
