Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 22 September 2016 the Company issued 23,333 treasury shares at an average price of 71.29 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,000,461.  The Company holds 2,061,574 shares in treasury.
