The Company has been notified that on 30^th September 2014 Vivienne Sparks, the Financial Director of the Company, purchased 19,477 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 76.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Vivienne Sparks is beneficially and non-beneficially interested in 19,477 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
