Grant of Options

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company, announces that its Remuneration Committee has issued options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") to Stephen Moon and John Clarke, both directors of the Company, in line with their remuneration packages.

Mr Moon has been awarded 350,908 Options as part of his annual incentive under the Company's share option plan ("SOP") following his and the Company's performance for the year ended 31 December 2015.

Mr Moon has also been awarded 738,767 Options and Mr Clarke 221,630 Options as part of the long term revenue growth incentive under the Company's SOP for which the performance criteria was met, and exceeded, at the 31 December 2015.  The Company achieved a Compound Annual Growth Rate in excess of 20% between the base year, being the year ended 31 March 2013, and the year ended 31 December 2015.

Mr Moon now holds 1,685,006 Options and Mr Clarke holds 221,630 Options.  The Options have vested and can be exercised for nil consideration.
