Issue of equity
The Company has today applied for 222,420 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares are being issued as consideration related to sponsorship services. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 8 January 2016.
Following admission, the Company will have 40,467,227 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") outstanding. The figure of 40,467,227 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
