Result of Annual General Meeting
Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts and the active lifestyle community, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11.00 am today. All Resolutions, with the exception of Resolutions 8 and 9, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 5 July 2023, were duly passed. The Company also recognises that a large proportion of the votes were cast against Resolutions 1 and 7. The Board will engage in discussions with certain of its major shareholders to better understand their views.
