RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a UK-headquartered market leading sports nutrition company that develops, manufactures and markets sports nutrition products for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today in relation to the Company's proposed Placing and Acquisition, all resolutions were duly passed.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  It is expected that Admission of the Placing Shares will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 4 December 2018 and dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at that time. 

Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 116,134,469 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. The figure of 116,134,469 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
