                               BOARD CHANGE

Immersion Technologies International plc, which specialises in the design,
manufacture and supply of high definition acoustic 'HD-ATM' technology,
announces the resignation of Blair Snowball, the Company's Finance Director,
with effect from 31 January 2008.

The Board has reluctantly accepted Blair's resignation and would like to place
on record its appreciation of Blair's hard work, especially in relation to the
St. James' Energy reverse takeover transaction, through which Immersion achieved
its listing on AIM.

Immersion is delighted to announce the interim appointment of Scott Grimshaw as
Group Financial Controller, with immediate effect.  Although Scott will not join
the Board, he is based in Melbourne and will work on a day-to-day basis with
Immersion's executive team.  Together, Immersion's executive management and
finance function will be located at the Company's headquarters in Melbourne,
Australia.  Kiran Morzaria, a non-executive director of the Company, will assume
responsibility for the Company's finance function at Board level until a finance
director is appointed.

Scott Grimshaw is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce
and Business Administration (Major in Accountancy) from the Victoria University
of Wellington.  He spent 10 years working for Tattersalls Limited, the
international gaming business, with the last two years based in London.  He
initially worked as Group Financial Controller and more recently was responsible
for corporate strategy and business development, as General Manager of European
Investments at Tattersalls.

Craig Evans, Immersion's CEO, commented:
