('Immersion' or 'the Company')

Equity Placing

The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 535,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.1 pence ('Placing Shares') with new and existing shareholders ('the Placing').

The Placing proceeds of £535,000 (before expenses) will allow the Company additional working capital to service its activities.

Subsequent to the issuance of these new ordinary shares, the Company will have 800,324,634 ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 800,324,634 voting rights.

Application will be made for the Placing Shares, which will rank, pari passu, with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 12 May 2009.
