                    Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

Immersion Technologies International plc (the 'Company') has posted its audited
report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2007 and a Notice of AGM to
shareholders today.  Copies of these documents are available for viewing on the
Company's website: www.iti-plc.com

Copies of the audited report and accounts will also be available from the

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office: 30 Farringdon Street,
