Board Changes

The Scottish American Investment Company P.L.C. (SAINTS) announces that, with effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 April 2020, Karyn Lamont will take over from Eric Hagman as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr Hagman will, though, remain on the Board for a further year but intends to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM in 2021.
