Changes to Directors' Role Functions and Responsibilities - LR 9.6.11(3)

The Company announces that, following the conclusion of the AGM on 9 April 2009, Lord Kerr of Kinlochard has stepped down as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee in favour of Eric Hagman. Mr Hagman, who is a Chartered Accountant, was the managing partner of Arthur Anderson in Scotland before spending five years until 2002 in London as a managing partner on its UK Leadership Team. Lord Kerr will continue to serve on the Audit Committee.
